The ‘fuel dialysis’ system circulates and cleans fuel by pumping it from the tank, processing it through the cleaning unit and back into the tank. The fine filters in the unit remove sludge, water and other impurities in a continuous process until all contaminants are removed, the fuel sampled, tested and declared clean and fit for purpose. The process cleans the tank at the same time, as well as its contents.
Fuel catalysts and treatment products
The addition the use of our fuel catalyst kills any fungal growth and bacterial build up which blocks filters, improves the fuels combustibility and restores it to pristine condition. It also enhances lubricity, inhibits corrosion and reduces harmful exhaust emissions. |

By firstly adding a catalyst to dissolve the heavy sludge material and make it more filterable, then circulating the fuel through the cleaning machine to remove all harmful particles – and cleaning the tank at the same time, and then adding a fresh dose of catalyst, will ensure the fuel remains in pristine condition at all times. Regular sampling thereafter will confirm when a re-dose of catalyst will be required.
FT Red – Fuel Treatment
A comprehensive fuel treatment and improvement product specially formulated for kerosene and gas oil stored for domestic and industrial use.

|
FT Green – Fuel Treatment
A comprehensive fuel treatment product specially formulated for gas oil, diesel and fuel oils used in road haulage fleets, agricultural units, mechanical plant and marine vessels.

Both FTR and FTG products are highly concentrated mixtures of carefully formulated additives and solvents designed to easily mix with fuels. They restore ‘stale’ fuel to peak combustibility ensuring continuous clean burning and optimising fuel efficiency, and extending the useful life of stored fuel.
Fuel Treat - The final solution in fuel maintenance
‘Fuel Treat’ is a specially formulated product that disperses water in storage tanks containing any hydrocarbon fuel, thus drastically reducing the conditions that allow microbes to grow, and reducing corrosion. It mixes easily and quickly, with the microscopic water particles held in suspension in the fuel and not allowed to settle out.
It is used as the final part of E&S’s fuel maintenance programme designed to ensure diesel, gas oil and petrol remain in pristine condition in storage, having first removed free water, sediments and sludge through a proprietary ‘fuel polishing’ system.
Fuel maintenance - solutions
- Prevention is better than cure
- Short term (cheap) solutions are rarely effective
- Early diagnosis saves costly downtime
- Maintaining fuels in pristine condition requires a planned diagnosis and remedial programme
All fuel systems have the potential for water, sludge and microbial contamination and unprotected systems will continue to cause problems.
Dispensing fuel free of contaminants is operationally efficient saving on costly down time to clean filters tanks and lines, and enhances your reputation as a reputable supplier
A regular maintenance programme is recommended to maintain fuel in pristine condition at all times. We offer such a service and ill include clients’ sites on our confidential data base and fully manage the programme
