September 2007 - E&S appoint PetroCourt to test in Ireland

E&S, MassTech's Master Licensee for Europe, have appointed PetroCourt Ltd of Dublin as their exclusive sub-licensee to conduct tank, line & VR testing in Ireland. PetroCourt, a growing facilities management company for the retail petroleum industry, is founded and managed by Tom Melvin, formally of Melvin Petroleum Systems and RPS. The company also have an operational base in Balina, Co. Mayo.
