August 2007 - E&S gains UKAS accreditation to inspect & test road tanker vehicles

UKAS have awarded E&S formal accreditation against ISO17020 as a Type A Inspection Body to undertake examination and certification of road tankers as defined by DR6 guidelines. The DfT have issued the company with a 5-year approval to undertake such testing at customers' premises. E&S, one of the first independent specialist testing companies to gain such accreditation, won praise from UKAS and technical experts for its methods, procedures and innovative testing equipment.
