April 2009 - Field Services Manager appointed
Robert Fisk is the latest recruit to the E&S management team and takes on the new role of Field Services Manager, reporting to Nigel Durrant, Operations Director. Rob, a mechanical engineer, joins us with over 25 years of experience with precision engineering and scientific instrumentation companies and is responsible for ensuring the quality of the work we do on sites is of a consistently high standard and in accordance with the companies' policies and procedures. |
April 2009 - E&S exhibit at FPS Harrogate show
E&S's stand at this years FPS exhibition at Harrogate on 1st/2nd April won plaudits from many observers for its effective presentation of the companies' core services, incluiding tank testing, road tanker vehicle inspection & testing and tank cleaning. |
November 2008 - New Operations Manager recruited
E&S have recruited Paul O'Hare as an Operations Manager responsible for road tanker vehicle testing and tank cleaning services. Paul joins Mark Willis, the company's current Operations Manager who will now concentrate on providing tank, line and VR testing services. The recent growth in demand for E&S's expertise in cleaning storage tanks prior to the introduction of bio-fuels, and success in their road tanker testing business, has led to the division of these core services into separate business units. |
August 2008 - E&S retain DNV audit certificate
After a thorough 3-day investigation, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) has re-issued their International Contractor Safety Rating System (ICSRS) Audit Certificate to E&S on behalf of Esso Petroleum with an increased pass rate. E&S first gained this prestigious certificate in 2005, which allows the company to work independently on any Esso retail site. E&S have enjoyed a growing business relationship with Esso Retail and undertake a number of testing and other tasks for them. |
